   frescura inaspettata per il periodo e la città, garantita da: -la vegetazione che circonda la casa (posizionata al piano terra con giardino) -la posizione elevta rispoetto al centro -il ventilatore tuttavia un condizionatore per le emergenze caldo non sarebbe male!

Bed & Breakfast A Casa Di Patrizia is a cozy and welcoming B&B located in the Balduina-Camilluccia area of Rome, a very quiet and undisturbed district, far away from city traffic.

Nevertheless it is perfectly connected to the centre of Rome by public transportation and it is very easy to reach the Vatican and the most visited neighbourhoods.

The Bed and Breakfast A Casa Di Patrizia is decorated with good taste and discernment, and is situated on the bottom floor and is surrounded by a wide terrace and garden available to guests.

Both bedrooms, with private bath, are equipped with all comforts. The flat also has air conditioning and a television set, accessible to all guests.

One of the two rooms has a private entrance. An extra bed may also be added on.

Bed & Breakfast A Casa Di Patrizia offers the breakfast that is served in the dining room, and during summer months, in the garden.

The home's sitting room creates moments of relax for the guests.

In the B&B A Casa Di Patrizia lives a medium sized dog named Trilly, who has a good temperament and does not, however have any contact with guests who do not desire too. Because of this, other animals are not admitted.
