"Mansarda" and is made up of 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, cooking corner, a spacious living room with a double sofa bed and a sofa (French) bed, 2 bathrooms.

This apartment also has a large terrace with barbecue and outdoor shower.

"Forno" consists of 1 double room with 1 extra bed, 1 bathroom for the night upstairs, whereas downstairs there are the main bathroom, cooking corner, spacious living room with double sofa bed.

There is also another kind of accommodation which is in "Relax", a double bedroom, with dressing room and main bathroom.

The 3 studios of Farmhouse Agricola Villa Lupara can accommodate up to 3 people with cooking corner for breakfast.

Breakfast is sweet (savory to request) with organic home-made jam, fresh bread, home-made cakes, twice-baked slices, fresh fruits, fruit juices, and it's served along the edge of the swimming-pool in summer, in a hall in winter.

Farmhouse Agricola Villa Lupara is rpovided with areas equipped for solarium, and a coffee bar next to swimming pool where little lunch can be eaten at lunch time.

The restaurant is open only against reservation. Holiday farm typical products are wines from organic grapes and without sulphites, oil, organic fruits, and all the fruits of our vegetable garden.

Farmhouse Agricola Villa Lupara has a very nice sitting room, with a fireplace, TV, hi-fi and a lot of books where is very pleasant to taste the famous Lena's Cherry.
