   Location and price and quaintness of place. The owner was very gracious and friendly.

   Parking turned out not to be a problem, but it is at least 150 to 250 meters from the place. One can not drive near the door to offload luggage during the week. We were able to drive next to the place on Sunday and then load the car without a problem.

   Very large room, beautifully furnished.Whole flat very charming, many lovely paintings and objets d'art.SUPER clean. Large, attractive bathroom (for sole use, but outside room, so be sure to bring a dressing gown!). Located near many nice shops. Owner very charming and helpful, very friendly and pleasant. Very well located--very near Piazza della Ragione.

   Breakfast could have been a little better--there was orange "drink" (30% juice) instead of real orange juice and pre-sliced supermarket bread. But nearby I was able to buy juice and there was also an excellent bakery (Via Manin) where I bought very good rolls, and this cost only a few euros. Also--I did not mind this at all, but other people might want to know that the flat is on the second floor (third floor for Americans) if they care about such things.

   This little B&B was the great surprise of our trip to Italy. First, we were astounded to find that we enjoyed historic Padova - with its towering city wall, meandering river, charming cobblestone streets and mom & pop restaurants - even more than the tourist-riddled Venice and Florence. This B&B is a large, sunny room in Annamaria's apartment. Annamaria is lovely and makes a wonderful breakfast while giving suggestions on what to do in the area. We would definitely return.

   La simpatia e la discrezione della padrona di casa, ottima la pulizia e la tranqiullità nonostante sia collocata in zona centrale di Padova

   L'unico neo è il bagno che non è vicino alla stanza ma oltre il reparto giorno, ma grazie alla discrezione della signora diventa un inezia.

   The host, the location and the room are perfect: people are friendly,house is in the centre and the room is a big and bright.

   The bathroom is indeed private and separate ( as the add says), but you have to walk through the livingroom of you hosts to get there
