   Struttura pulita, accogliente, ottima posizione sia per i Navigli che per raggiungere facilemente monumenti (Ultima Cena e Museo delle Scienze e Tecologia) e il centro (piazza Duomo) sia a piedi (20 minuti al max da tutto) che con i mezzi (tram o metro).

   Tutte le condizioni devono essere esposte chiaramente in fase di prenotazione e acquisto.
   La gestione della clientela in fase di prenotazione e soprattutto in fase di pre-accettazione deve essere rivista.
   La posizione lo rende un pò esposto a rumori notturni.

   Posizione e indipendenza per gli ospiti.disponibilità a lasciarci la stanza qualche ora in più per la partenza nel pomeriggio.

   Che non fosse compresa la pulizia giornaliera anche di massima della stanza e le dimensioni della cucina

   Good location, walking distance to the Duomo and other sights, near underground, train station and trams. Nothing special, but in general good enough value for money.

   i found the apartment clean and easy to get around, and catch transport to milan. we mostly enjoyed our stay.

   we arrived late in the afternoon because it was a long trip by train from rome and then we had to take a .taxi from milan. we found out later it was easy to get get there by train. when we rang to get into the apartment we were told they had been waiting all day and we would have to wait. we had to wait about 30 minites on the footpath which i thought was very rude as any transport would not have got as there any earlier. we were then let in and met by a very unsmiling man.
