Residence Baldesca is an ancient palace built in different stages, of which we find still traces: in the Liberty façade, dated back to the first years of '900, in the lobby, in the ancient Etruscan 'cistern', and in the Medieval Arcades.

The works of restoration brought back its ancient splendour and provided it with every comfort.

Baldesca Residence, an elegant synthesis of ancient and modern design, offers its guests the possibility to make working away pleasant, and for short, long or medium term stays in Perugia.

It offers apartments provided with cooking corner with 2 electric hot-plates, refrigerator and kitchenware, and completely furnished in style.

There is no reception.

Residence Baldesca is located in Perugia city center, near to the Cathedral and University for Foreigners.
