   soddisfacente l'accoglienza da parte del proprietario Sig.Paolo, ed il posto molto comodo essendo vicino alla fermata della metro.

   Per gli aspetti negativi un pò carente nelle pulizie ed i sevizi igienici non tanto comodi.
   Inoltre il piumone del letto matrimoniale non era abbastanza pulito.

   La buona parlantina del gestore , che m'intratteneva con molta simpatia

   un pò di via vai alla mattina presto, che disturbano un pochino il sonno leggero come il mio, ma essendo in una città non si può pretendere molto.

   The B&B was really close to the metro station and it just took 15 min to get to Spanish Steps and other famous sights. Room was really clean and even thought we had the single+extra bed room with outside private bathroom it was really comfortable and felt like being at home. Paolo, the owner, is an amazing person, friendly and makes you feel like being at home with a good friend or a family member (ex. uncle) but still discreet. The breakfast was ok. Typical Italian one, with toast, amazing butter and choice of marmalades and amazing Italian coffee with milk. Please notice that breakfast is included in the price even it is not clearly mentioned in the site. Don't lose it! It is a great experience itself to stay at Paolo's B&B. Lucio Sestio is a typical Roman area with very good connection to the city centre, amazing and cheap places to eat and have a drink and specially to have typical Italian ice-cream.

   La posizione vicino alla strada principale. La pulizia delle camere.

   La colazione è servo-assistita, oltretutto minimalista (latte con caffè, fette biscottate e marmellate). Nonostante la pulizia delle camere sia stata molto accurata, nell'ambiente vi era un tanfo, molto sgradevole, dovuto sicuramente al fumo di sigarette.

   Ottima posizione in prossimità della stazione metro permette di spostarsi agevolmente ovunque. Atmosfera familiare. Paolo, il proprietario, rende la permanenza molto piacevole. Fantastici i mandaranci self-service in giardino! Good location, close to subway station: from there, you can go everywhere. Paolo, the owner, makes your stay very pleasant. Excellent self-service clementines in the garden (directly from the tree)!

   a parte la posizione perfetta grazie alla metro ad 1 minuto e la pulizia della struttura, il vero motivo per cui scegliere questo b&b è... Paolo! Una persona gentile e disponibile, simpatica e di larghe vedute ma SOPRATTUTTO...cucina una carbonara da far invidia ai migliori chef di Roma e dintorni!

   Stanza confortevole, pulita, ben arredata, luminosa e arieggiata. clima famigliare e accogliente. Paolo, il propietario, è stato di grande disponibilità e premura nei miei confronti. lo consiglio caldamente a chiunque come posto di villeggiatura.
