   Gli operai che iniziavano molto presto a lavorare nella casa di fianco al Residenze Caravaggio, l'apertura del cancelletto esclusivamente solo con la chiave da dentro verso fuori

   La struttura è di costruzione recente e quindi in ottimo stato. Anche se non vicinissimo al mare (circa 1 km di distanza) il residence è in posizione strategica per raggiungere rapidamente le spiagge e l'interno. Il responsabile della struttura si è dimostrato cordiale e collaborativo.

   Andrebbe curato di più il giardino...

   Non ho gradito il bagno rotto, i letti di una delle due stanze rotti e una luce nel bagno non funzionante.

   1) - Ottimo immobile , tant'è che l'ubicazione quella del piano superiore , con ingresso indipendente, con patio al piano, terrazzo soprastante con vista mare , la trasferirei in qualsiasi altro posto ! 2) - Sottolineo la cordialità e gentilezza del Sig. Valerio G. , poichè , anche e soprattutto, la gente del posto fa il posto bello !

   1) - Nel locale-soggiorno occorrerebbe un piccolo divano ; 2) - lo split del condizionatore posto nell'antibagno ottimizzerebbe il rendimento se avesse 2 canalizzazioni terminanti con griglie poste all'interno delle 2 camere da letto sopra le rispettive porte , poichè così com'è non refrigera sufficientemente le 2 stanze raffreddando di fatto esageratamente l'anti-bagno.

Residence Caravaggio is composed of new houses, 2 on the ground floor with private garden and 2 on the first floor with sun terrace, just steps away from a sea of incomparable beauty.

The Residence is only 1km from the beautiful beaches of Torre Lapillo and 2km from Porto Cesareo, popular with tourists for its clean waters of a turquoise crystal clear and clean.

The lodgings of Residence Caravaggio are all composed of living room with double sofa bed, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and bathroom with shower, air conditioning, TV, dishes and accessories, for up to 6 persons. All rooms are provided with mosquito nets.

There is also a large car park which is accessed by the internal gate (2 parking spaces for each house).

The villas of Residence Caravaggio have a ground floor private garden front and back. The villas of the first floor have a solarium of exclusive.

Minimum stay: 7 days, from Saturday to Saturday.
