Holiday Apartment Casa Bisani is a bright villa situated in one of the residential zone of Marina di Ragusa, between villas surrounded from gardens, palms and several exotic plants.

On the ground floor there is a 10 sq.m flat composed of a spacious kitchen-living room with double sofa bed and several big windows overlooking the sea, that make the inside bright.

The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms (with 4 beds: 2 doubles and 2 singles), served by 2 bathrooms.

Holiday Apartment Casa Bisani has an outdoor shower to remove the sand from the sea.

Outside there are 3 verandas on the sides, a fine view over the sea and a beautiful garden all around the house.

Holiday Apartment Casa Bisani is a new, well-looked after flat, with air conditioning, situated in a qualified environment, which is rich in green, quiet, made up of other villas, well suited to seaside holidays.

In summer our guests can stay in our dependence. It consists of a mezzanine ground floor, with air conditioning, a double bedroom, a large kitchen-living room of approximately 100 square meters equipped with a sofa bed and additional ability to add 1-2 beds.

The dependence is equipped with dishes, pots and pans suitable, water heater, refrigerator, iron, laundry, several tables. It has two bathrooms with shower, a small garden and independent access.

The garden and open spaces, enclosed by a wall, a private parking, accessible through private driveway, mean that guests can live in freedom, dedicating themselves to reading, conversation, their hobbies.
