   La cortesia dei padroni di casa, i loro consigli, la sistemazione offerta e il meraviglioso giardino pensile. Appartamento spazioso, silenzioso, luminosissimo e molto ben arredato. Per chi viene in auto la disponibilità del garage è preziosa, come pure la vicinanza agli svincoli della tangenziale. In pochi minuti, anche a piedi, si può raggiungere il centro. La fermata della metropolitana è vicinissima. Ritorneremo sicuramente.

   Casa del Sole was marvellous and the best decision we could have made. Its a spaceous and bright appartement on the roof with an even greater terrasse with mediterrean vegetation and great view. Even its not far from the center of Napels - by foot about 15 min., or one stop by metro - it is an absolutely quiet place. Letizia was helpfull in every respect.

   La Casa del Sole offre ospitalità, gentilezza e cortesia. L'appartamento è molto confortevole sia per una coppia che per famiglia. Il panorama dal terrazzo è molto bello, si respira l'aria di Napoli, godendo della vista del Vesuvio, Castel S.Elmo e Capodimonte. Il quartiere Materdei dove si trova è gradevole e la fermata della metro è a due passi. Lo consiglio e ...speriamo di tornare presto a Napoli!!

   La bellezza della vista dall'immenso terrazzo e dalle vetrate dell' intera casa ci rimarra' nel cuore a ungo , cosi' come la cortesia e l'accoglienza dell'intera famiglia che ancora ringraziamo per la disponibilita' La posizione e' molto comoda sia per spostarsi in citta' che per una veloce spesa nei negozi subito intorno al palazzo. Ci piacerebbe tornare ancora , magari con la bella stagione , ed anche con con le nostre cagnoline.

   Oase am Rande der lärmenden Altstadt. Geräumiges Zimmer, integriert in liebevoll weitläufig gestaltetem Dachgarten vermittelt besonderes Flair für Individualisten, die nicht unbedingt auf den Luxus eines 4 oder 5-Sterne Hotels Wert legen. Auch Gastfreundschaft,Hilfs- und Informationsbereitschaft der Familie Cappabianca sind besonders hervorzuheben und geben ein familäres Gefühl . Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

   man kann, wenn man gerne zu fuß geht, napoli von casa del sole aus gut erreichen. es gibt auch eine metrostation gleich in der nähe. die wohnung und vor allem die terrasse ist ein traum. der vermieter ist ein außerordentlich freundlicher mann, der einem unaufdringlich hilfsbereit jederzeit zur seite steht. napoli ist eine faszinierende stadt mit vielen freundlichen menschen. es war sehr schade, dass wir so wenig zeit hatten, deshalb werden wir sicher wieder kommen! danke für den schönen aufenthalt! ein paar aus wien

   Great penthouse apartment with wonderful roof garden in quiet residential area 5 minutes from the nearest underground station very handy for visiting the city. Laetizia and her husband are very kind and provide a true family welcome. The little extras such as the loan of CDs of Napolitan music and the delicious home-made sfogliatelle and limoncello made the stay even more enjoyable!

   Il s'agit d'un grand studio bien équipé, lumineux et calme qui domine les environs, la ville de Naples et le Vésuve et donne sur une immense terrasse qui constitue un véritable jardin suspendu. La nuit, la vue sur Cappodimonte est magique. Situation idéale dans un quartier calme à deux pas du métro, près du centre historique de Naples. Accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire des lieux qui est prévenante pendant toute la durée du séjour et donne de judicieux conseils pour les visites.Bien chauffé en période fraîche et humide. Nous avons été satisfaits sur toute la ligne.

   I proprietari Letizia e Roberto sono molto ospitali, la posizione della struttura si trova su un super attico meraviglioso dove si puo' ammirare dal Vesuvio, al mare, ed ai quartieri alti del vomero. Il terrazzo e pieno di verde, piante, sdraio e verande, nel periodo estivo sara' ancora piu' bello. pulizia e comfort sono ottimi. pensiamo di tornarci ancora. Un saluto da Milano Ciaooooooooo

   Casa luminosa,pulita e curata nei minimi particolari ubicata su un attico a cui si accede con ascensore. Grande,grande terrazzo arredato con lettini, poltrone e tavolo:più che un terrazzo è uno splendido verdeggiante e lussureggiante giardino "appeso al cielo". La vista è magnifica e lo sguardo spazia dal vesuvio al castel Sant'Elmo e alla reggia di Capodimonte. C'è tanto amore e cura in questa casa che splende sotto il bel cielo di Napoli.

   The B&B is even better than described and shown on the site. One can benefit from a huge and beautiful terrace. The only drawback is the lack of proper shutters when one sleeps and the beds are couch bed not real one though comfortable. We very much enjoyed our stay in a very good location close to a subway station we could only recommend it as the people were extremely kind.

   Absolument rien à dire, si ce n'est du positif: propriétaires très sympathiques et discrets, mais très disponibles si nécessaire. L'appartement est situé dans un quartier très agréable et calme de Naples, à deux pas d'une station de métro, entouré de petits commerces très utiles. Le logement est très très agréable, clair, une terrasse immense que l'on a du mal à quitter... le retour à l'appartement après une journée de vadrouille est un bonheur. Le rapport qualité-prix est très intéressant. Bref: une adresse à retenir!

   we had a very nice time there. the family was very helpfull and kind. the appartment was perfect for us and my little boy. beatiful view.

   maybe the only bad thing that I can say about the place,was the cleaning.
   Iam very careful with having it clean. the cleaning-lady was ok,but she could be better,like cleaning the shower,the roof.
