   The appartement was located in the city of Cagliari close to Poeto beach. It was perfectly located in a residential but busy area. The neighbours were quite friendly and helpful especially the flourist downstairs. There was an amazing pizza hangout where locals went..Mamo Pizza where the owner Mimmo was quite pleasant and this was of walking distance from the appartment. We did have all the commodities ex: supermarket, butchershop, fruit stand etc.. We did have a own personal parking which is a major plus especially where we are located. It was a nice sized appartment with a complete kitchen, AC, nice bathroom and bedrooms.

   I didn't like the fact that we were charged 20 Euros extra for AC. The shower doors need to be replaced for I did some tightening of the doors or else they were going to fall off. (I always carry a leatherman). The shower drain clogged right from the first time we showered. I had to use a plunger while showering. Also a 40Euro surcharge for cleaning especially since we left the appartement very clean.

   Everything was good, we've enjoyed our visit there and the owners are very kind and helpful.

The flat consists of kitchen, living room, 2 lovely bedrooms, a bathroom and balcony.

Holiday Apartment Casa Del Sole, carefully furnished, is equipped with kettle, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, iron and ironing board, hairdryer.

The house is located near the beautiful park Fausto Noce (16 hectares of green preferred destination for families and sports), near the historic center, where summer evenings are lively with music and cultural events.

Holiday Apartment Casa Del Sole is only 5 minutes drive from the beaches of Pittulongu. And the most popular tourist resorts of the Costa Smeralda.
