   Difficile da raggiungere con l'auto perchè in ZTL (basterebbe che i proprietari comunicassero il numero di targa alla Polizia municipale per avere il permesso di transito relativo al periodo interessato); il bagno che perde acqua; prodotti per l'igiene del corpo residui di altri soggiorni); televisione difficile da utilizzare in quanto l'antenna è da posizionare ogni volta perchè il filo dell'antenna è volante; la mancanza di ricevuta fiscale all'atto della restante rata.
