   The location is perfect to visit the nice local town center and to travel to downtown Bologna. Lella, the owner is very gracious and knowledgeable. The Castello del Bue trattoria is within walking distance from the B & B and the food is excellent. We really enjoyed our stay!

Bed & Breakfast Casa Fachin is situated in the Bolognese countryside, only a few kilometres from the very centre of Bologna, near the main highways and near the airport.

The B&B is in a brand new pretty little house on the second floor. It is in an apartment developed onto 2 floors.

Bed & Breakfast Casa Fachinoffers accommodation in a comfortable double/twin room, very bright and cute furnished with a big wardrobe, beds with orthopaedic mattress and a funny decoupage painted commode.

It is provided with air conditioning and TV. The private bathroom has a big shower and a private balcony.

Bed & Breakfast Casa Fachin offers a continental or English breakfast served in the comfortable living room of the house.
