"Casagemma", recently refurbished, with its brickwork corners, original open marble fireplace, terracotta and wooden floors and its beamed ceilings, keeps intact the atmosphere of the old house. An ideal, romantic nest in the historical centre of Città della Pieve, a small town situated on the border of Tuscany and Umbria not far from Latium.

Open floor a luminous dining room area with open brickwork kitchen completely equipped for 6 persons (hob, oven, fridge-freezer). In the most charming corner of the house, the original old marble fireplace has been kept to warm your evenings or to accompany your reading preferences.

n the living room area you will find TV, radio-CD-cassette player and 2 comfortable sofa-beds (one single and one double) for relaxing moments or additional guests. There also is a small guest bathroom.

Upstairs through the old original open wooden stairway (unsuitable for small children) you access the sleeping area with a comfortable and cosy double bedroom, a roomy built-in closet and a spacious bathroom with shower.

From the dining room you also have access to the delightfully sunny and spacious terrace from where you have a unique view over Val di Chiana, equipped with table and chairs for your open air BBQ, sun-beds and deckchairs for your leisure time.

From Casagemma's spacious terrace you will also realise that this small town has been privileged as an extraordinary observing point to the surrounding scents and colours of changing landscapes.

The apartment is also equipped with washing machine, drying facility, and iron with ironing board.
