   Chambre pour 3 personnes confortable et spacieuse, propreté impeccable. Cadre extrêmement reposant. Emplacement privilégié pour visiter les sites culturels et les plages de la région (à moins d'une heure de route). Accueil formidable des propriétaires, à la fois disponibles et discrets : enthousiasme pour le travail bien fait, passion pour le territoire, Karina et Antonio prennent le temps de dialoguer avec leurs hôtes, un échange riche et convivial. Nous avons été victimes d’un léger accident de voiture vers la fin de notre séjour : ce désagrément a été vite oublié grâce à la sollicitude d’Antonio qui a insisté pour nous accompagner chez le mécanicien garagiste… 3 fois en 24 h !

   We have just returned from an unforgettable week in Salento. BB CasaKarina was a perfect place to stay because of several reasons. For the first are the hosts Karina and Antonio just amazing people who make all for their guests pleasant stay and there is nothing too much trouble when guests ask about something. Karina and Antonio made our staying there like staying with personal friends. They treated us like family. We got a very warm welcome and felt were so special, when Antonio and Karina gave us a personal guide tour in Specchia! They also recommended us some restaurants, they introduced us at one nice restaurant the first evening and helped order our first meal, because of our very limited (only few words :-)) Italian. When we booked BB CasaKarina by internet, we were a little worried, how good it would be compared to the pictures in the website, but in reality it is even better than the pictures! All things in the house are made by Antonio and Karina with love and thought for their guests. Our room was big, lovely and comfortable, with good height to the sealing. The room had a large wardrobe and big chest of drawers where we could put all our things and feel us like home! Each room in CasaKarina has its own very lovely bathroom and all are extremely clean! Every morning we were greeted of Karina and Antonio with a big-big smiles and a lovely breakfast at the cozy terrace. Karina serving great cappuccinos! I've never seen my husband to drink cappuccino before, but he would like to have Karinas every morning :-)! The espresso was also excellent! Even at other times of the day, Karina offered a cup of tea or coffee, if she saw that you returned from the beach or a long trip to the sights of Salento :-) Thanks again to Karina and Antonio for making our stay in Salento so very very special - it wouldn't have been the same without you!!    Veramente ottima la sincera e aperta accoglienza di Antonio e Karina che ci hanno aperto le porte della loro bella e ben curata abitazione, ricca di soluzioni di gusto e funzionali e pulitissima. Grande disponibilità nel venire incontro alle esigenze degli ospiti ed alla risoluzione di problemi improvvisi (guasto all'auto risolto in un battibaleno!!) Il tutto in un clima cordiale e ricco di stimoli. Buona la scelta del soggiorno a Specchia, graziosa e tranquilla cittadina non priva comunque di locali interessanti e ottima base di partenza per visite alle località sia della costa jonica che di quella adriatica.

   La villa in cui abbiamo soggiornato è immersa in un grande e ben curato giardino confinante con la campagna salentina ed ulivi secolari, il B&B gode di un’ottima posizione sia per raggiungere a piedi il delizioso centro storico circa 10 minuti , sia per raggiungere le località più interessanti del Salento ottimo il rapporto di cordialità che si è stabilito da subito con Antonio e Karina che ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa propria, struttura pulitissima e ben curata ottime le informazioni date da Antonio che è anche un architetto, eravamo scettici sulla formula b&b infatti è stata una breve vacanza, ma ci sentiamo di rifare l’esperienza e di consigliarla, ottima scelta .

   La struttura raffinata ed elegante, arredata con gusto,accogliente e famigliare, pulizia ineccepibile, le colazioni abbondanti e gustose. Specchia si trova al centro di un territorio tutto da scoprire, sono presenti ottime trattorie e ristorantini dove è possibile ancora incontrare la tradizione culinaria Salentina ad un prezzo onesto. é stata una piacevole vacanza, grazie di cuore!

   L'ospitalità, la preparazione culturale del personale, la disponibilità al dialogo, l'offerta di propostedi siti da visitare e di materiale cartaceo utile . La pulizia degli ambienti e la dedizione nell'accoglienza del personale. Il buon gusto, l'umanità e l'originalità nell'organizzazione degli spazi. Ottime colazioni e piacevoli conversazioni con il personale.

   Non ci sono aspetti negativi.

   E' in ottima posizione, con facile accesso auto e parchegggio privato. Struttura recente, ben curata, arredata di nuovo e pulitissima, 2 verande e giardino.Colazione fresca e abbondante. Specchia è un borgo molto caratteristico e tranquillo in una posizione comoda tanto per la vita da mare (pescoluse, il ciolo, leuca) che x gite varie (Galipoli, Otranto, Lecce). Grande cortesia e discrezione dei proprietari, a disposizione degli ospiti libri e materiale informativo sul salento. Chietede loro di visitare il frantoio ipogeo in corso di restauro !!!!

   La grande cordialità e disponibilità di Antonio e Karina. La tranquillità della casa. Le ricche e non scontate prime colazioni. La cura e la pulizia degli ambienti.
