   Mi ha soddisfatto pressochè tutto di quello che mi aspettavo: la gentilezza del personale con gli utili suggerimenti per visitare al meglio Venezia, la cura, la pulizia, la tranquillità e il comfort dell'ambiente.

   Niente di particolare da eccepire, se non, come tipico di tutto ciò che ho visto su Venezia, come il mangiare, il bere, gli acquisti ecc ..., un eccessivo costo del servizio. Venezia, come immagino tante altre città d'arte, è una città cara, e questo tende a scoraggiare permanenze più prolungate.

   Très bon emplacement, le long d'un petit canal, près de deux places animées avec services de proximité, accès aisé tant sur le Grand Canal que Zattere,quartier calme, belles boutiques, artisans,etc. Personnel très sympa, serviable et disponible; sens de l'hospitalité, TB+

   The accomodation was situated in a perfect place in Venice. It was a nice hotel in a very interesting way of decorating. We enjoyed it.

   In our room there were a lot of muscito's (wasps). They bothered us a whole lot. We think that they were hidden under the bed. We didn't find them during the day, but at night at least 10 we discovered in our room. They must have been hidden somewhere.
   
   That was what was not satisfying.
   
   Neventheless we enjoyed our stay

   Posto tranquillo e localizzato strategicamente tra il centro e la stazione.

   Il prezzo (€ 140), lo itengo tuttavia caro in confronto al servizio. Anche se si tratta di Venezia, il prezzo è troppo elevato per un B&B.

   Breakfast was good, location was perfect. Staff was friendly.

   We attempted to leave on evening at 11:30 PM to buy some bottled water but the staff person was asleep and their was no way for us to leave without waking him up. It would be nice if guests had keys to the front door as well as keys to the rooms. Still, we were very satisfied an have already recommended this place to others.
