   la position au 10°étage de l'immeuble, qui évite les bruits de la rue, et permet une belle vue sur la ville de Palermo.

   l'absence de parking
   la présence d'échaffaudages devant les fenêtres de la chambre
   l'impossibilité de prendre le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse
   le fait d'être filmé en vidéo dans la salle de séjour

   Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin, die auch Palermo-Tipps gibt. Die Terrasse zur Stadt hin ist herrlich. Ruhige Lage.

   Zur Altstadt ist es recht weit, ca 20 Minuten Fußweg (das war uns bei der Buchung nicht klar). Ein klitzekleines Frühstück auf der so schönen Terrasse hätte uns den Tag noch schöner beginnen lassen. Ansonsten jedoch eine sehr empfehlenswerte Adresse.

   La ragazza che ci ha accolti è stata molto disponibile, ci ha dato dei buoni consigli su cosa visitare e dove mangiare insieme ad una cartina della città. Bel balcone e camera. Buona posizione, si poteva andare a piedi in centro. The girl who welcome us was really kind, she gave us some good advised on what to visit and where to eat. Nice terrace and room. Good location, we went by walk to the city center.

   La colazione non era inclusa però c'erano parecchi bar pasticceria buonissimi e vicinissimi a piedi. A volte parcheggio critico.
   Breakfast wasn’t included but there were some good pastry and bars really near by walk. Sometimes it has been difficult to park the car.

   quiet place with nice view on town and surroundings.

   1.) problem with my reservation at start, 2.) hosts don't have basically informations about public transport ( a girl told me that buses number 3 and 11 go to Monreale and this numbers of buses don't exist (I suggest to pick up informations at city information office), 3.) bathroom is outside of room (you have to pass through a corridor), 4.) as a single guest I had a right only for one pillow ( I think it's totally crazy!), 5.) it is not bad&breakfast in your price, it is only bed and breakfast table in your price and you have to pay breakfast extra.

   La posizione della casa é favorevole perché é vicino al centro (una passeggiatina di 10 minuti) ma non certo in mezzo al caos, é una zona dove si puó parcheggiare facilmente, sembra una zona sicura e ben attrezzata (supermarket, bar, ristoranti vicino...) La stanza era molto ampia, luminosa, pulita.. Il terrazzo é un belvedere privilegiato, e non si sente un rumore dalla stanza, dovuto all'altezza del piano (10º) ed al quartiere tranquillo... L' accoglienza é stata ottima, la padrona di casa ci ha offerto tanti consigli sui posti da visitare, per mangiare..

   La stanza era stupenda, unicamente, attenti alle zanzare (c' era l' apposito aggeggio attacato alla spina, ma forse non é stato sufficiente).
   Inoltre la stanza era molto luminosa, poiché versava sul terrazzo e la porta aveva la parte superiore di vetro, perció a partire delle 6 del mattino entrava una meravigliosa luce...che mi svegliava.
   Ma sono cose di poca importanza, veramente la struttura é molto consigliabile.

   The owner is a very nice person, good English speaker who helped us with lot of information (also offered us a touristic map of the city). The visitor has access to a nice terrace. The free WiFi internet worked fine.
