Casa Rossa is a typical holiday apartment, distributed onto two floors and with a surface of 100 sq.m.

The house, newly construction, is served by two balconies and two terraces in sunny position, with magnificent view over the Maggiore Lake; the apartment is a stone's throw from the heart of the National Park of the Valgrande, in an oasis of peace and calm.

The house is completely furnished with furniture in rustic style:

On the first floor there is the kitchen endowed with dishwasher, washing machine and equipped with all amenities; 2 refrigerators, oven microwaves, electric oven, electric coffeepot.

The living room, with ample glass door overlooking the lake, has two couches, a very beautiful and efficient fireplace, a plasma television, a table with chairs.

The sleeping area is composed of a room with a double sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and hairdryer.

On the upper floor you'll find a double bedroom with balcony overlooks the lake and provided with television. One bathroom with shower, another bedroom with a king size bed and two single beds.

Outside there is the barbecue with tables and chairs nd a magnificent swimming pool opened from May to October, with solarium and sunbeds.
