Farmhouse Casale Il Picchio located in very peaceful countryside yet it is only 3 Km far from the nearest town of Magione and only 5 Km from the highway connection.

Each apartment is furnished in modern rustic style, elegant and very comfortable and are equipped with heating, a fireplace and an outdoor space.

The two swimming pools are well equipped with solarium, beach-umbrellas, chairs and sun beds. The tennis court is in synthetic grass. We also have a volleyball net for children.

Around the House passed the paths of Nordic Walking. Just a few steps from the farmhouse you'll find a view overlooking the most beautiful valley of Umbria: the one of the Trasimeno Lake.
