   The four of us were very well received by Carla and the two first floor rooms we had were comfortable and most clean. The first floor terrace area allowed us to relax after a long drive and being outside Asti itself the view over the quiet countryside was great. We had asked for an evening meal and Carla's husband Guido produced a lovely meal with an excellent bottle of local red. Would reccommend and would certainly go again.

The B&B Cascina Caldera offers you bedrooms at the 1st floor of an early twentieth-century Piedmontese farmhouse nicely restored, dipped in the green of its 20000sq.m surrounding meadow.

The Bed & Breakfast Cascina has 3 double bedrooms, each one served by private bathroom.

The guests can take advantage of a kitchen, a breakfast and reading room and a wide terrace.

Both rooms have been renovated to form a unique and homely atmosphere retaining its original features such as its spectacular vaulted ceilings.

Bed & Breakfast Cascina Caldera is the right place to relax and enjoy nature as all around on the hills you can have beautiful sights and nice excursions on foot or by bicycle or, why not, on horseback.

It is also the ideal starting-point for a cultural and wine/gastronomic visit of Southern Piedmont. In fact Cantarana is very close to the most famous wine producing areas of Piedmont.

Our restaurant is made up of 2 original rooms within the old house, formally a stable and a wine cellar.

The adaptability and experience of our chefs allows us to produce some of the finest Piedmontese cooking, using local produce along with an international repertoire, having travelled extensively around the world cooking.
