   Charming and comfortable, the apartment had everything we needed and it was a pleasure to spend time there - we were disappointed that our visit was so short. The owners live close by and are welcoming and helpful without being in any way intrusive. The welcome basket of fruit and bottle of wine were a lovely extra touch. Everything you need is a short walk away, the apartment is really well situated.

   Really nothing negative to say.

   Casa perfetta, completa di ogni piccolo dettaglio, arredata con gusto, funzionale. La cucina è iper accessoriata, noi non abbiamo avuto occasione di usarla molto, ma era perfetta e pronta all'uso, tutto perfettamente in ordine, pulizia estrema. Si ha l'impressione di essere a casa propria, tutto è dove ti aspetti che sia. Sicuramente l'appartamento in affitto migliore in cui personalmente abbia mai soggiornato.

   The owner was most responsive and accommodating, and the apartment facilities worked perfectly.

   Since we stayed 3 weeks, the apartment should have been cleaned every week. On the other hand, clean towels were provided as requested.

   Proprietari disponibilissimi, appartamento arredato minuziosamente dotato di ogni comfort. La struttura è nuovissima e si vede, i letti sono comodissimi (solitamente ci metto almeno 2 notti per abituarmi ad un letto che non è il mio), d'inverno non c'è neanche bisogno di accendere il riscaldamento poichè la casa rimane sempre piacevolmente calduccia.

   L'unica pecca per chi non guadagna molto è il prezzo un pò alto, ma una volta dentro l'appartamento ci si rende conto che ne è valsa la pena.

   Situata in zona tranquilla, all'interno delle mura e a poca distanza dalla stazione ferroviaria. A breve distanza da altre città d'arte toscane. Idoneo anche per 4 persone. Appartamento più che pulito, curato fin nei minimi particolari, sia dal punto di vista estetico che funzionale (a disposizione sapone in bagno e sale, zucchero, olio ... in cucina). Buona accoglienza e disponibilità da parte del padrone di casa. Rapporto qualità/prezzo equo.

   Location both in terms of the geography of Lucca and relative tranquilllity as well as proximity to good local food shops. Very high quality of furnishing and fittings: nothing was lacking. Great helpfulness and courtesy of the owners.

   I note that you do not wish for comments on price but I was disconcerted by the 40 euro additional charge for final cleaning not so much because of the cost but because, despite the agent's assertion that I had been notified about this, a subsequent trawl of e-mails received did not verify this nor was the amount indicated on the receipt printed off.
