   The Delizia Estense is very quiet and in a superb city location. It lends bicycles and even offers a free breakfast service. The room cleaning was efficient and the facilities were of a very high standard. The rooms were architect designed - well lit with good air conditioning, The bathroom and extra storage spaces were very good.

   For a self catering contract this was the best you can expect. It was almost a hotel standard.

   We would certainly recommend this apart-hotel. Indeed, from your description, we had not expected that breakfast was also included. Breakfasts had plenty of choice - from croissants to brioche, spiced cake, rolls, butter, even muesli and yoghurts. The "juices" were a little strange, though - some kind of vitamin drink from what we understood. Drinks served from a machine - self-service, but there was a very helpful manager. Kitchenette is basic but any shortages of equipment were very quickly supplied. An iron might be useful, but this is nit-picking. Flat very peaceful and within 15 minutes walking distance of the centre, with a very pleasant cafe bar on the corner of the street. If you want to make use of the bikes, they are free and supplied with 2 locks.

   Les prestations étaient excellentes autant au niveau de l'accueil que du confort. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le fait d'être au centre de Ferrare pour visiter la ville en vélo. Nous avons été agréablement surpris de bénéficier de services qui n'étaient pas annoncés sur le site : petits déjeuners et prêt de vélo.

   Andrea, the young man, who received us is very nice and tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The position is perfect.

   Hard to park your car near the place. There is a lot of parking places around, but they are mainly reserved for the residents. We arrived on a Sunday afternoon and lost at least one hour to find a place to park the car.

   L'assenza di zanzariere (Ferrara è in una zona umida e quella sera c'erano zanzare: aprendo la finestra, non ci si può aspettare che restino fuori)!
