   ottima la posizione subito vicino al Duomo,il padrone di casa veramente cordiale.Monolocale attrezzato di tutti i confort ci sono stata solo 2 giorni ma lo consiglierei anche per vacanze di 1 settimana

   The location was very central and we were not disturbed by the duomo bells. I think LOCATION is a key element of where one wants to stay, because you do have a lot of walking to visit places of interest and there certainly is a lot to see in this charming city. Giacomo was fantastic to come and pick us us from the railway station. Orvieto has a lot to sell, their history speaks for it self, they are very friendly people, with good food and superb wines. Certainly worth a visit

   It's opposite the school, but the noise was only just before 9am

   La splendida accoglienza e la disponibilità dei gestori, il signor Giacomo e la dolcissima signora Anna, che hanno fatto sì che ci sentissimo esattamente come a casa nostra. Inoltre, non potrebbe esistere “location” migliore per chi desidera visitare e “vivere” appieno Orvieto, le sue bellezze e le sue manifestazioni, passeggiando tranquillamente a piedi per le vie del centro storico ed avendo alle proprie spalle lo spettacolo indimenticabile del Duomo e le sue guglie.

   Assolutamente nulla.

   La gentilezza e disponibilita' del proprietario della struttura.Una persona molto educata e discreta nel contempo.Quando torneremo ad Orvieto possiamo contare su un punto di riferimento che è il B&B Duomo. Lo consiglio a tutti.

   La posizione eccellente, la pulizia, ed il costo veramente contenuto (che mi porterebbe comunque a suggerire il nome ad un amico)

   La colazione molto carente (sarebbe meglio effettuare una convenzione con un bar), e la porta di ingresso: non isola alcun rumore della strada!

   La posizione è centrale, interessante la soluzione a monolocale.. Carino l'arredamento. Ha posteggio per la macchina garantito davanti al b&b..

   Il lettore cd e la stufetta in bagno non funzionavano
   Manca il bidè tra i sanitari.

   We loved the feeling of being surrounded by Orvieto. We had a key and could come and go as we pleased. The apartment was very comfortable and charming. An additional bonus we did not see in the pictures was a beautiful courtyard garden area visible from the bathroom window. We were left with plenty of breakfast foods and a rangetop, refrigerator, dishes and pans so we could make and keep some of our own meals.
