   la posizione,vicina alla metro e da piazza s.pietro ci saranno 500 mt.la gentilezza di marco e sua moglie ,le camere pulite ,eil ventilatore che si trova dentro l' armadio (che ho saputo solamente il giorno dopo) ti permettono di chiudere la finestra e dormire bene,senza sentire rumori delle auto e altro. colazione yogurt,succo di frutta ,biscotti,pastine confezionate,affettato fette biscottate,burro e marmellata ,....la valutazione personale e' che certe persone meritano di lavorare,

   l'inconveniente e' il bagno che e' per tutti in comune eccetto una sola camera ,
   se avessero il bagno tutte le camere sarebbe perfetto,ed e' solo per questo che ho dato il voto medio alla voce ( servizio e confort),ma alla domanda se ci ritornerei ,risponderei si'.

   This was an amazing place to stay - very well located to Vatican City, close to the metra and with friendly hosts and lovely rooms. It is also well located if you like short walks to places like The Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain and the restaurant/bar area Trastevere. Our room was not one of the ones pictured, but it was still as lovely with a bed, sofa, wardrobe, small mirror and fan. (We only discovered the fan the day we were leaving which was a annoying as it was 32degrees Celsius!) Breakfast was nice, and it was served with a fresh cappuccino. Marco and Lina, the hosts, were very obliging, could speak English as we weren't very good at Italian, and recommended us a really nice and well-priced restaurant nearby to avoid the tourist prices.

   The shared shower/bathroom wasn't as nice as the rest of the place - the shower water pressure was quite weak.

   La posizione dell'edificio, trovandosi vicinissimo alla metropolitana si poteva ragingere con facilità e senza perdere tempo i punti più importanti di Roma. La stessa via dove si trova il B.& B. la via Ottaviano piena di Negozzi da dove con una breve passeggiata si raggiunge la Cattà del Vaticano. Comungue ho già risposto alla prima domanda dove si evince che sono rimassto sodisfatto.

   Owners were very friendly and generous despite limited english. Helpful hints about local resturants. Happy to help anyway they could. Breakfast was basic but typical italian and good value. Able to have tea and coffee as desired. Having a washing machine avaliable was a plus. Really close to the metro and Vatican. Spacious clean rooms.

   Shared bathroom always requires compromise. Needed to be up early to avoid a long wait some mornings. Would recommend checking the street view of the building before arriving, as like most European B&B's, there is minimal signage out front to identify the building.

   The staff where so caring and I made sure I was very comfortable. I plan to visit Rome again and will definitely stay at this same location.

   I think I would have liked a clock in the room and a larger mirror.

   The hosts were very helpful in many ways. They provided guidance for seeing Rome highlights and they were very good in speaking english, the only language I can communicate in unfortuantely. The location was perfect. They offered assistance in areas that we were unaware of.

   We were surprized at the type and quality of the breakfast. With all the great food Italy, it was strange to be offered tasteless white bread, processed cheeze and pre-packaged pastries. We chose eat only 10% of the food. We then found cafes that offered fresh baking.

   La posizione era strategica!!! la metro (Ottaviano) si trova a 5 passi dalla struttura. Una piccola passeggiata e sei a San Pietro. Nei dintorni c'è di tutto: minimarket, cinema, ristoranti di cunina tipica romanesca e una pizzeria NAPOLETANA!! (non avrei mai immaginato di mangiare una buona pizza a Roma ^_^) I propietari Marco e Lina sono sempre stati cordiali e disponibili ad ogni necessità. L'arredamento del B&B è caratteristico; la stanza era confortevole e luminosa; il bagno pulito. Ritornerei volentieri!!!

   La colazione quando vuoi che ti sia servita, in camera ovviamente. Mi è piaciuta molto anche la camera devo dire, era la camera Aurora se non mi sbaglio, molto grande, letto molto comodo e luminosa. Forse la vista non era il massimo, si affacciava infatti sul cortile interno, in questo modo però la camera era molto silenziosa. Il personale mi ha soddisfatto molto, infatti si sono rivelati entrambi molto molto gentili, fino alla fine. E soprattutto la reale vicinanza a tutto, alla metro e a S. Pietro. E pensare che io e la mia amica ci siamo anche perse ma siamo comunque arrivata a S.Pietro molto molto velocemente.

   Non ho gradito molto il cortile interno in sè e l'ascensore, mi mettevano ansia, ma sono solo problemi miei probabilmente...
