   The hotel is in the historic part of Genoa. Hotel staff suggested places to eat near by on foot which were in an area used by tourists so we felt safe walking around that area.Our complaint about the room full of mosquitos was dealt with quickly by the staff who moved us to another room.The staff were probably the best thing about the stay.

   On a busy road unloading suitcases was a bit scary. Window in rooms faced brick wall. Bathroom full of mosquitos in first room so we asked to move. The second bathroom was mosquito free but tiny. It's an old building so stairs on very strange level , no idea how disbled or elderly people would be able to get to rooms and carry suitcases as stairs were unavoidable. How can a breakfast be such a disaster! It was inedible,the coffee was awful, the juice wasn't juice and generally inferior limited selection. The suggested carpark wasn't too far but watch that exit we nearly lost our exhaust, very steep! Very basic hotel but you get what you pay for and it is a very industrial port city not somewhere you go to spend lots of time.

   camera piccola e con mobili mediocri e armadio instabile inadueguato all'equivalente di hotela tre stelle che normalmente frequento-
   Colazione ricca ma con pochi prodotti di qualità

   Good location, we can walk to the center. Very good breakfast. Very kind staff.

   They don't have the garage by the hotel. The garage which we can use is too far away from the hotel and it is quite expensive.

   ho avuto una bella camera ,il personale è stato molto gentile.

   forse la camera singola non era particolarmente aereggiata cioè mancava di finestra che era solo in bagno.

   Un piccolo albergo pulito e con ogni comfort nel centro storico della città, personale disponibile, gentile e amichevole, colazione ottima e abbondante. Soggiorno perfetto, da ripetere senz'altro!
