   The room was confortable

   We booked a room with "panoramics wiews", which was finally the front house, a very close wall with balconies.
   
   When we arrived nobody was there, even though they Knew we´d get. We had to find someone anywhere.

   In generale tutto...anche se ci potrebbero essere delle cose migliori...In un letto da suite...non si mettono due materassini separati...e poi qualche sfizio in più...L'accappatoio e non le tovaglie...delle ciabattine...

   Nessuno...tutto benissimo...

   The hotel is located in a very nice quiet place within the village. The owner and all the staff is really nice, and they are very helpful. The breakfast was great, and also we loved the food in the hotel's restaurant!

   Service was prompt and very courteous. The hotel restaurant was excellent. The rooms were spacious and varied with special amenities. One room has its own terrace, another a balcony. The hotel itself is in excellent repair and the restoration and renovation was done with fine craftsmanship and materials. The beautiful wrought iron bannister and ballustrades are mirrored in the wrought iron frames of the beds. The bathrooms are spacious. We found the family who operated the hotel very pleasant.

   When we arrived, the room was cold and it took quite a while for it to warm up. After that, it was very comfortable.

   L'albergo è un vero gioiellino, curato nei minimi particolari e con molto buon gusto. Le camere sembrano nuove e anche se a mille metri di altitudine l'aria condizionata non guasta. Di estrema comodità il ristorante dell'albergo, che forse è ancora meglio di quest'ultimo, ottimo per qualità dei cibi e per rapporto prezzo/qualità. Da non perdere!

   We arrived on our bicycles in our two month tour of Sicily.The reception by Luca, the perfection of the facilities in the room, the general family atmosphere created by Seniora Silvana with her two teenage sons is warm and comforting. Marco who attended to the restaurant at the Il Castelo was the final touch in the efficiency and friendliness of this 'albergho'. Congratulations to all three; mother and sons. It was a happy stay. Thank you.

   Non availability of wireless internet as is unfortunately usual in almost all the places we stayed in Sicily regardless of price. This is a small omission but important one these days.
