   The location was quiet and the old cuople were very nice during our stay, the farm was very peaceful to be on

   The hot water was intermittent, the property needs to have some english implements eg kettle just to make the stay easier

   We were really satisfied and I can recommend Il Villino to all Tuscany-lovers. The only and really only small minus was the small bathroom - we are quite tall and big. But the location and atmosphere are really great and the owners are trully lovely and nice persons.

Farmhouse Il Villino offers apartments located on a hill overlooking the valley that leads up to Sienna, deep in the tranquil countryside, surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and forests of the Chianti hills near Castellina in Chianti.

The original farm has been conservatively restored to allow our guests to make the most the countryside atmosphere and to experience country life in comfort.

Farmhouse Il Villino is divided into 2 apartments, each of which has one double bedroom and one sofa bed set in the living room.

Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen-dining room, a bathroom with shower and individual heating.

The views from the apartments of Farmhouse Il Villino extend out over the Chianti countryside all the way to Sienna.

Production of olive oil and "Chianti classico" wine is still central to our activities.
