   The house is located in the small town of Simaxis, 15 minutes from downtown Oristano. It seems to be used by the owner sometimes so it has any appliances you may have at home. It also has a wide varanda where you can eat. And the price was very attractive.

   But on the other hand it is also full of personal items left by the owner, some of them could be descibed as junk. Without them we would have rated the house with a much higher valuation.

Holiday apartment Kuartomoro is a new house located near Oristano a few kilometers from the splendid beaches, and is completely newly furnished.

The apartment is provided with 6 sleeping beds which are divided in a double bedroom downstairs and two double bedrooms on the mezzanine, served by a bathroom with shower and washing machine.

The kitchen is fully equipped completed with dishwasher, oven, microwave, fredge and freezer.

The house is fully air conditioned and all windows fitted with mosquito nets.

The guests of Holiday apartment Kuartomoro can enjoy a large equipped terrace, overlooking the private garden.
