   This is a beautiful villa in a green, serene garden in a very quite surrounding. An ideal place for relaxation and meditation. A light wind makes the stay in the garden pleasant in the most hot days. A nice pebble beach with a promenade is in two-minutes walk from the place. The owner is a charming lady, with a good knowledge of attractions in the vicinity, so her advises were very helpful for our trips. Joppolo is a small village so it is not overcrowded with the tourists, but it has at least one decent restaurant. We liked the relaxed, tranquil atmosphere of the place.

   We were satisfied with everything, but this is not the right place for people loving the crowd or for those who would like to explore all the region of Calabria in a few days since it is not so close to the main freeway.
