   Nähe zur Altstadt und zum Strand, gut für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Fährhafen direkt am Ort. Es gibt viel zu sehen.

   Die doch sehr steile Lage des Appartments und das der Garten dadurch leider nicht nutzbar war. Auch kein Tisch- und Gartenstühle vorhanden.

   mancancanza di un condizionatore, forse siamo stati sfortunati perche' abbiamo trovato una settimana di caldo intenso e quindi ci siamo comprati un ventilatore.....

   la locazione dell' appartamento è ottima per raggiungere in pochi minuti il centro. l'appartamento era pulito e confortevole. Il condominio tranquillo con coinquilini riservati e silenziosi. Il giardino curato benissimo, le scalette per raggiungere l'edificio,non sono ripide e non costituiscono assolutamente problemi. L'appartamento disponeva di tutto il necessario; gradito il ferro da stiro con l'asse e persino l'aspirapolvere. I proprietari, persone affabili e gentilissimi ci hanno fornito di tutte le informazioni necessarie per trascorrere un piacevole soggiorno a Bellagio.

   Good value. Comfortable. Garden was steep but fully fenced to keep children in. There are some good walks up the hill and on the other side of the valley though and it is very close to the super market etc.

   Not as close to the water/views and sports club as pictures suggest.

   l'appartamento era dotato di tutto il necessario anche per il nostro bimbo di 6 mesi (seggiolone, lettino). le famigerata scalinata si fa tranquillamente anche con il bimbo in braccio. molto utile anche il quaderno che ci hanno fatto trovare in casa con tutte le indicazioni per ristoranti e luoghi da visitare!!!!

   al nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti calorosamente, i proprietari gentilissimi ci hanno dato moltissime informazioni per trascorrere al meglio il nostro soggiorno a bellagio. magnifica la passeggiata lungo il lago per raggiungere il centro storico, 10 min. la scalinata non e' assolutamente ripida, magnifico il giardino intorno, bella vista, luogo adatto per trascorrere una vacanza in assoluta tranquillita', pur essendo vicini a tutti gli svaghi che bellagio offre. pulito l'appartamento e super attrezzato, molto piu' di quello che ci aspettavamo. consigliato a tutti .

   Bellagio is one of the most beautiful places I have ever visited... or maybe the most beautiful. We arrived with rented car and it was nice to have free parking lots just in front of the apartment. We walked to the city center at the evening and we think that the path had wonderful views. It was also a nice distance to walk and get fresh air.

   Excellent clean kitchen facilities and kind welcome qt the start.

   The website should possibly mention that there is one double bedroom and that other sleeping facilities are in the living area. Living room beds qre not really suitable for comfortable adult sleeping.

   L'appartamento è pulito, accogliente e spazioso. Particolarmente utile è il raccoglitore messo a disposizione dai proprietari e che contiene informazioni, numeri di telefono e quanto necessario per un piacevole soggiorno a Bellagio.

   "La Collinetta" è sicuramente adatto ad una coppia o ad una famiglia con bambini grandi ma poco comodo per chi ha un bambino piccolo a causa dei quasi ottanta scalini da salire per raggiungere l'appartamento.

   The apartment was very clean and the owners offered extras like showing us the supermarket, fast tour around the city, helping us with our bags, pizza dinner, etc; also the price was perfect.

   The stairs to reach the apartment were hard, especially at the end of the day, but that was something we knew because it was especifically said at the web and at the moment of making the booking; I think the stairs would be a problem for older people (and also for people with babies (strolleys may be heavy sometimes!)...nevertheless the apartment worths it!
