   Wonderful location, easy proximity to metro, and walking distance to places of interest,. Wonderful apartment fab holiday would recommend apt.

   would liked to have stayed longer.
   Hot water not quite adequate in the mornings, but not the end of the world.

   Lovely owner met us in the main square and guided of to a parking spot & the apartment. She gave us lots of local advice & pointed out useful books & leaflets that were kept there.The apartment was spacious, well equipped & with pleasant bedrooms & a very nice bathroom with washing machine. The views from all the rooms was delightful but especially from the roof terrace. We would definitely stay here again.

   Preciosa la casa, y precioso el lugar donde estaba, además muy limpio y oredenado todo

   El único problema de la casa es la calefacción, que cuando llegamos la primera noche hacía algo de frío

   The apartment was beautifully restored and decorated and the location in the historic centre of town was excellent. The views from the bedrooms and balcony fantastic and the owners were very obliging and friendly. Would definitely recommend this apartment to everyone.

   sono stata molto bene, l'appartamento e' bellissimo in ottimo stato e perfettamente pulito. la signora scipioni proprietaria dell'appartamento e' una persona che si e' rivelata disponibile in tutto e per tutto e decisamente molto cordiale e gentile. se dovessi tornare a tivoli sicuramente tornero' la'.

   considerando che in appartamento eravamo in 8 e ci siamo stati veramente poco visto che abbiamo passato via solo il ponte dell'8 dicembre, quindi solo due ore alla sera per fare la doccia e per dormire, abbiamo avuto la spiacevole visita dell'amministrazione condominiale che e' venuto a rimproverarci.

   i proprietari sono gentili ed affabili. La struttura è ottimamente posizionata rispetto alla città ed è particolramente suggestiva. Le stanze sono grandi e piacevolmente, anche se sobriamente arredate.

This apartment is located on the second and last floor of an ancient building of the typical via del Riserraglio, in one of the most ancient districts of the city where there was the Roman era forum and where, in the Middle Ages, there were flourishing handicraft workshops and big papermaking factories.

The flat has been finely renovated and furnished taking great care of the details, trying to recreate, where it was possible, a medieval style furniture.

The flat can host up to six persons and it is composed of a well-equipped kitchenette, a little drawing room with fireplace and sofa-bed, a loft with single bed and a little studio corner.

The sleeping zone is composed of a Double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a big bathroom with shower and double wash-basin .

The apartment has a beautiful high ceiling with terracotta tiles, authentic beams and wooden truss beams, and parquet. The wooden furniture, the light fixtures, the lanterns, the copper and wrought iron torches are all craftsman works, as well as the doors, faithful reproductions of ancient models with typical bolts. The walls are adorned with reproductions of medieval arras of the Flanders.

Completing the whole, there are a little balcony and a little terrace with a charming view on Tivoli and the valley of Vesta below. The windows of the bedrooms overlook on the typical and quiet piazzetta del Riserraglio.

Moreover, there is a comfortable free car park just 50 meters away.
