   I proprietari sono persone eccezionali e dolcissime;il mare è meraviglioso così come i posti vicini da visitare(Noto,Avola,Siracusa,Ragusa...)

   E' stato un piacevolissimo soggiorno... i proprietari di casa sono squisiti, disponibili e gentili... la posizione ottima per girare tutta la zona del siracusano... l'appartamento semplice ma pulito, comodo e funzionale... la verandina splendida per un fresco ristoro serale ed un po' di meritato relax...

Holiday apartment La Mimosa, on the first floor of a family villa, is located in a quiet area, about 300 meters from the cliff and 700 metres from a free sandy beach, 16 km South of Siracusa.

The apartment has got a well equipped kitchen-living room with TV area, a 60 sq.m. terrace that allows you to eat outside and ceiling fans in all the rooms.

The sleeping area consists of a big bedroom (with a double bed and a single bed), a small bedroom (with two single beds) served by a bathroom with shower..

The apartment is equipped of washing-machine, hair dryer, refrigerator with freezer. There's a shower in the garden and it's possible to park a car in the courtyard. The apartment is comfortable for 4/5 people



Comodo per 4/5 persone si affitta a settimana da sabato a sabato.
