Farmhouse La Quercia del Saggio was inhabited until the 80's by a farmer who maintained a life style 900.

For this reason on him was made in 1986 a service on television that he wanted to document the existence of the last example of country tradition, the daily life of a "wise" who lived close to nature, according to archaic traditions and genuine.

Now converted into a farmhouse, "The Oak Sage" is situated among the rolling hills of the Marche 7 Km from the famous velvet beach of Senigallia, in the DOC wine "Lacrima di Morro d'Alba.

There are three apartments, completely furnished in rustic style:

- Olmo (about 45sqm) for 2 persons on two levels.
- Oak (approximately 80sqm) for 4 people, first floor
- Poplar (approximately 80sqm) for 4 people on the ground floor.

Each apartment has separate entrance from the garden, lounge with kitchen and is equipped with heating.

Farmhouse La Quercia del Saggio is a calm and quiet place to relax surrounded by nature, in the Marche region made of genuine artistic treasures hidden in their countries remained intact medieval architecture.
