   Vivimos una semana maravillosa en "La Ripa"con mi esposo y nuestros 7 hijos, el lugar es muy lindo y tranquilo, está muy cerquita de Incisa donde pudimos hacer compras, comer y pasear. También está muy bien ubicada como punto de partida hacia Florencia, Siena, Asis, Bolonia y otras ciudades bellisimas. Los dueños son personas maravillosas. Muchas gracias!!!

   The house was very comfortable and spacious,very suitable to families, with good location, 15-20 minutes drive to Florence. The owners are very nice, very helpful.

   Great proximity to a town with good services - bank laudry, Coop, hairdressers, newpapers, etc Great proximity to train could easily travel to Florence or Arezzo. Great staging point for all the Chianti towns. Lovely setting in sunflower farm Wonderful owners: so generous, supportive and welcoming.

Farmhouse La Ripa, close to Florence, is situated on the plain bordering the Arno River, just 1 km from the little town of Incisa in Val d'Arno, an ideal area for pleasant walks or excursions by bike.

The farmhouse offers accommodation in 2 apartment well furnished with new furniture, but old-fashioned: Papavero and Girasole.

Papavero Apartment (50 sq.m) consists of a very large room with a double bed + 1 single bed with possibility of an extra bed or 3 single beds + 1 added.

In the kitchen / living room there are a sofa bed,a kitchen with oven, refrigerator, freezer and kitchen utensils;
the bathroom complete with shower.

Girasole Apartment (100 sqm.) Can accommodate up to seven people and consists of two bedrooms and a living room with a double sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and a well-equipped kitchen with fridge, oven and dishwasher.

The farmhouse is surrounded by a broad paved area and is set in a large garden of 600sqm which also includes a wood-burning oven a barbecue, and equipped with outdoor furniture, deckchair, and parasol.

In the large garden you can dedicate to reading, to sunbathe, enjoy the tranquility of the countryside, make dinner or lunch outdoors. At guests' disposal Internet Wifi.

Farmhouse La Ripa is very close to the most important cities: 15 minutes from Florence, Arezzo 40 minutes, Siena 60 minutes, San Giminiano and Volterra 40 minutes, Pisa 60 minutes, and Assisi 90 minutes.

At 3 km from the farm we have The Mall (Leccio), the outlet of the big names most of Tuscany; 1 km to the village of Incisa, where we find all kinds of shops, bars, restaurants, etc. ..........
