   Geweldig leuke plaats, alleen de locatie is erg rumoerig, naast een doorgaande weg die steil omhoog gaat, vrachtwagens, brommers, auto's, motoren moeten hierdoor extra gas geven.
   Je kunt geen raam openzetten want dan verga je van de herrie ( dag en nacht ) dus raam dicht maar dan is het vanwege de hitte niet te harden, de airco maakt net zoveel herrie als het verkeer. in de ad. staat dat er internet/wifi is, echter niet op je kamer maar in de winkel beneden en alleen als ze open zijn.

   Personale familiare, gentilissimo e disponibile, simpatico e artistico l'arredo. Rapporto qualità prezzo molto buono. Colazione con molti dolcetti anche se mancava il pane.

   Nelle stanze c'è un forte odore di "nuovo" e l'aria calda è un pò rumorosa.

   non ho gradito la mancanza di riscaldamento dalla stanza fino alle 20

   Buon servizio, personale simpatico e premuroso Colazione soddisfacente

   Struttura troppo distante dal mare, ad almeno 20 km. da Civitanova o Porto San Elpidio, sebbene collegata da una superstrada...
   parcheggio auto, di difficile accesso e non sufficentemente ampio, soluzione alternativa in parcheggio distributore non visibile
   struttura (sebbene preavvisati dal proprietario) completamente coperta da ponteggi per lavori di ristrutturazione
