Farmhouse - Lago Milecchia

The Farmhouse "Lago Milecchia" surrounded by greenery forests of the Noci countryside; taken its name from hills lake "Miles" (lake of the soldiers), that can be admired by the farm.

It is within walking distance from the ancient monastery "Madonna della Scala". The farmhouse, open all year round, welcoming its guests in trulli restored and furnished with rustic furniture.

The farm, extending to several hectares, produces cheese and cereals used for food in a healthy livestock , whose milk are made its genuine products.

Among the place to visit within walking distance, there are the Romanesque church of Barsento, the fortified farms nearby, the trulli of Alberobello, caves of Castellana, etc.

The Farmhouse Lago Milecchia is far from the sea about 30 km and is located at 440 meters above sea level.
