   Mi è piaciuta la posizione della casa, molto silenziosa e comoda al centro. La casa ha tutte le comodità, anche la cucina è ben attrezzata, così come i bagni. Gentilissima la proprietaria.

   Uns hat die Lage im Kern der Altstadt und die damit verbundene Ruhe (kein Verkehrslärm) sehr gut gefallen. Service und Sauberkeit waren top.

   Wir waren 5 erwachsene Personen und hatten zwei Wochen gebucht. Die vorhandene Dusche ist für einen durchschnittlichen Europäer zu klein auch wenn man den Umstand des Altstadthauses berücksichtigt. Leider fehlte ein Schrank mit Kleiderbügeln und eine bessere Ausstattung mit Küchengeschirr wäre schön (Töpfe, mehr Teller etc.). Wünschenswert wäre ein fest zugewiesener Parkplatz oder Anwohnerausweis.

   La casa è ben arredata, molto pulita e spaziosa. Davvero molto comoda e vicinissima a tutto, consentendo di visitare la città in assoluto relax. I proprietari sono gentili e davvero simpatici.

   Die Ausstattung war außergewöhnlich gut. (Föhn, Toilettpapier, Seife, Kaffee,...) Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und wir waren extrem zufrieden. Die Lage war perfekt, weil es zentral und trotzdem sehr ruhig war. Bemerkenswert ist, dass in zwei Wochen eine Wohnung ohne Klimaanlage nicht heiß wird. (gute Bauweise!!)

   Very clean and comfortable. A wonderful location and good service.

   Although it was fine for us, the steps to the upstairs loft are not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

   The city is magnificent and the apartment is situated in the heart of old town. The view is spectacular. Very good for a family with one or two children

   Perhaps remembering in the web site that the apartment is in a restricted area. No parking for cars. What with small children is a little tricky....but surmountable

   Location. Perfect right in the old town of Matera. A splendid view from the square outside of the appartment. The appartment was really wonderful, everything was top of the line. Kitchen, showers/bathrooms and other areas. The furnishing and the design of were excellent. Modern touch in combined with keeping the old traditional athmosphere of Matera. We loved staying in Le Esperidi!

   The only thing we would have liked to have was some kind of possibilty to relax outside.

I travel a lot, and i got bad experrience with the houses, i did not get before any appartment in a good condition, how they show by internet.    La casa per il soggiorno che abbiamo fatto è stata gradevole e si trova in una posizione favorevole per vedere quasi tutti i famosi SASSI di MATERA, anche la proprietaria è molto gentile e a portata di mano
