   Rapporto con l'affittuario diretto e senza problemi , ogni problema è stato subito affrontato e risolto.

   Attrezzatura della cucina un po carente ( pentole e stoviglie ) servizi igenici e collegamenti idrici scadenti . Devo aggiungere pero che cucino volentieri e sono idraulico di professione , percui il mio giudizio è un po falsato :-)

   La posizione vicino al mare,la tranquillità della zona,l'aria condizionata,la disponibilità e gentilezza del personale,senza pretese è l'ideale per una vacanza in relax.Il giudizio è comunque positivo.

   Una sola presa di corrente in camera da letto si può attaccare una sola lampada,sedie e tavolo da giardino non pulite dallo sporco dell'inverno passato.

   Great staff were helpful with advice and suggestions. Good location for the apartment - only a couple minutes to several different beaches.

   Apartment could have used a quick airing out prior to arrival.

   The staff was very polite and efficient. We did not have to care and worries about deposit account. We did not have worries about cleaning the apartments at the end of our stay. Thanks for the good stay

   Buona accoglienza e disponibilita' del personale , zona tranquilla e confortevole un discreto alloggio, abbiamo fatto proprio delle ferie tranquille. Lo consiglierei vivamente ha chi non ha comunque enormi pretese. In una zona molto bella .

   L'unica cosa puo' essere la disponibilita' un po' scarsa dei suppellettili della cucina e una specifica piu' precisa sulla " necessita' " di chiedere o portarsi da casa un decoder digitale perchè non tutti sanno che in sardegna la Tv si puo' vedere solo con il digitale terrestre.

The little villa is part of a larger villa and is characterized by its independence.

Holiday Apartment Le Villette Di Capo Testa is a two-room little villa furnished in a modern and functional way, with all necessary services for a holiday sea resort and is divided on two floors as follows.

At the Ground Floor there is an entrance, with living room with and sofa bed + a kitchenette complete with fridge, freezer, gas cooker and oven.

On the First Floor there is the sleeping area consisting of double bedroom served by a bathroom with shower + a balcony

From the street you enter directly into the garden terrace equipped with chairs, table, barbecue, etc. to enjoy at any time of day of clean air, the color of the sky that characterize Sardinia.
