   the situation is perfect, near of beach and it is a perfect place to relax.

   The price of the house increased with an obligatory "house cleansing" around 50 euros!!! this increasing did not appear in the previous information as "obligatory"!
   Also, the house is not clean when we arrived there!

   La casa ha ampi spazi ed è ben attrezzata anche se l'arredamento è un pò datato ma nell'insieme è ottima per 6 persone.

   La spiaggia non è un granchè ma il mare è pulito, la discoteca nelle vicinanze a volte rende le notti insonni ma va bene per chi ama la vita mondana.

   It's a simple, but clean, 3bed room house near the beach with a small garden. The owner is a nice person...

   Just be sure before coming with the final price...

Holiday Apartment Maria is situated in an green's oasis (Pinewood 500sq.m) near the sea.

The newly-built villa, is composed of 3 double bedrooms, living/kitchen, a bathroom, parking and a covered veranda.

Holiday Apartment Maria is fully furnished, and has TV, barbecue in the garden, washing machine, and the consumption are included.

The strength of our villa is that you can enjoy splendid sunsets with the background Egadi Islands, which provide nights of pure relaxation and swimming too late hours.

The Trapani centre and the port with ferries to the Egadi islands (Favignana, Levanzo and Marettimo) are just 15 min.
