   The man at the front desk during the evening seemed genuinely concerned to get us a taxi at 5:30 AM to reach the airport in time for our filght He also understood that we we had canceled our second night 's stay a month or so before we were in ROme.

   The women who was in charge of the front desk when we arrived was very difficult to work with. SHe insisted that we must pay for the second night even though we had canceled in plenty of time. It was a very bad experience for all seven of us including the two children who heard the arguing!
