Bed and Breakfast - Masseria 12 Granai

In the middle of Salento, at only 15' from Otranto, in a strategic position between the Adriatic and Ionian seas, the B&B "Masseria 12 Granai" is the peace of countryside a stroll away from famous beaches as Alimini and Porto Badisco.

The B&B has been recently rebuilt inside a 19th century fortified construction, respecting the original materials and style and has been completed with charming fornitures and modern conforts.

The structure, approximately 1000 square meters, is surrounded by an ancient wall with a spacious court and is named after the 12 underground barns.

It is provided with 3 different kind of rooms, each of them served by own internal bathroom: double room, triple room and " loft" that can accommodate up to 4/5 people. This one consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Each room of B&B "Masseria 12 Granai" is provided with independent air conditioning/heating, Wi-Fi Internet access and a small balcony furnished with table and chairs.

All the rooms are no smoking.

Common relaxing areas are available: the garden, a sitting room with an ancient fireplace and a large terrace with open shower from where to admire the red sunset or the incredible sky of the summer's nights.

We propose a typical Mediterranean self-service breakfast.
