   Non mancavano, il sapone, i detersivi da cucina, il phon, posateria e servizi.

   Non ho gradito la posizione in cui è situato, in quanto non c'è nessun negozio utile e il fatto che è in un residence familiare e che quindi possono immaginare per cosa sei li. sul sito c'era scritto che era disponibile il wi-fi, ma era inesistente, hanno risposto che avevano avuto problemi con la linea per un cambio gestore.

   The stuff is very friendly and kind

   We lived in the apartment which is suggested for 4 people but it is very small for three people and it is basement that is not mentioned in the description. We didn't have internet.

   This bed and breakfast was located very close to the beautiful Mondello beach. We loved the delicious breakfast spread that was available to us each morning. The owner was very accommodating and did everything she could to help us enjoy our stay in Mondello.

   We would have liked for our room to receive a bit more attention in terms changing the bed sheets.

   personale accogliente e abbondante colazione. il parcheggio interno alla struttura.

   problemi relativi alla doccia.. si allagava abbastanza il bagno. un pò lontano dal centro turistico di mondello.

   Mini appartamento confortevole e ben accessoriato.

   NON è un Bed&Breakfast. E' un mini appartamento, la colazione devi prepararla tu con a disposizione qualche cornetto confezionato, un bollilatte e una macchina per il caffè.
   La strada in cui si trova è senza marciapiede e decisamente non adatta ad essere percorsa a piedi. Per il mare c'è una "brutta" camminata.

   Nonostante la proprietaria abbia negato, le lenzuola non erano state cambiate e si é rifiutata di cambiarcele subito adducendo come motivo di non avere altro cambio. Il tappeto del bagno era sporchissimo. In generale tutta la stanza e il bagno erano sporchi. Abbiamo trovato uno scarafaggio nel corridoio. La colazione consisteva di due marmellate e un burro messi in frigo dal titolare della struttura. Il tutto accompagnato da fette biscottate di ignota provenienza perché estratte dalla loro confezione originale e inserite alla meglio in un'altra confezione. La macchina doveva essere parcheggiata in un posto improponibile. Le camere sono ricavate in un sottoscala. Un'indecenza

   the decor was great and so were the staff, breakie wasn't too shabby either :-)

   A little too far from the beach, but really that was the only disadvantage

   la cortesia e la gentilezza della persona che ci ha accolto e ci ha seguito per tutto il soggiorno, avevamo la possibilità di usare la cucina e la lavatrice senza nessun costo aggiuntivo e anche la possibilità di un parcheggio interno

   la stanza era piccola ma adattabile a tre persone senza alcune esigenze, casì come siamo noi, per 4 persone non c'è abbastanza posto per girare nella stanza perche le valigie non si sa dove metterle

   The breakfast was good, the owners were friendly and the rooms were very clean.

   I booked a room with an ensuite but we had a shared bathroom, the outside of the property looked very unwelcoming - it did not look like accommodation would be there, rather just a block of flats.

   La puntualita' e la disponibilita' del proprietario

   Un problema con l'acqua calda che dato il brevissimo periodo di soggiorno (2 giorni) non e' stato possibile risolvere. Il proprietario si era comunque attivato per risolvere il problema.

   The room is really good for the price, it is a good size for two people and a short walk to the sea and the restaurants in Mondello. The owner was really nice and helped us out when we moved out!

   The area around the room was quite noisy with building works, but this may not be going on for long. The breakfast could have been better.

   non ho gradito il fatto che la prima colazione consisteva solamente in una serie di
   insaccati riposti nel vano cucina, si consiglia al titolare se non dispone della possibilita di offrire qualcosa di fresco almeno di stipulare una convenzione con un bar in zona che sopperisca alla mancanza con menu stabilito ed a carico del titolare. altro punto negativo la mancaza di poter effettuare il pagamento con carta bancomat. per il resto chi si accontenta gode.

   A very nice place in all. We stayed for 3 nights in a one room ensuite apartment with one double bed, bunk beds and small table with four chairs. Kitchen area with expresso machine, sink, washing machine, fridge(friggo) hob and utensils. Breakfast is a few cakes and dried bread with bottled water and juices. Location is a 10 minute walk from the beach. Didn't mention on the website that they would have picked us up from the airport for for a few extra euros, which would have been a bargain as we paid 50€ for a taxi. Though, Francesco did give a lift to Palermo for 10€ when we left. Many Thanks.
