   The old house was beautiful and very atmospheric. All one could wish for in a grand and ancient Italian palazzo. Moreover the owners went out of their way to help me with travel arrangements. I was offered a tour of their vineyard as well.

   The incredible statues and works of art just hanging around the place that would be priceless in western Canada, the amazing views from the bell tower where we set up a picnic table for a midnight conversation with other guests and the openeness and warmth we got from everyone in the place.

   That it was incredibly hard to find and our GPS had us going down some very dangerous country roads trying to get us to a place that is actually in the town.
   
   When we tried calling for help and directions the number listed on our itinerary was the wrong number.
   
   Due to the stress these issues created I got into a full scream/swear mode at my brother who I have never said a cross word to in 50 years.

   Difficult to find and lacked ambiance.

   There was no-one around for most of our stay. We had to go in search of the cleaning lady when we wanted to leave otherwise we could have left without them knowing, however, we are honest and had a payment for the balance o make to them..

   We chose Farmhouse Mustilli in order to sample the Italian way of life in a small country town. It fitted the bill perfectly and surpassed our expectations with a perfect hostess Paola and a pretty hill-top town.

   We had a little difficulty in finding the address and had to contact the owners at the winery.

   The palazzo is ancient and beautiful and full of history. The location was very convenient for walking around the charming and busy village since it is located directly in the center. The tour of the wine center which was conducted by the owner of the property was delightful and fresh as if she was doing it for the first time. We could park the car inside the great door of the complex.

   the term "farmhouse" was misleading and we expecting to be out in the countryside. The house was closed and darkened against the sun and never opened. The meal was mediocre and the rude staff sat at our table while we ate watching us. No fruit or fruitcake was offered at breakfast and no baking aromas were wafting around as was described in the offering. No english spoken.

   A beautiful and quaint town and lovely accommodations. The food was excellent, breakfast was plentiful and well prepared and the dinners were awesome and served in a lovely, old antique filled dining hall. What a wonderful experience for my family, the best food we had in Italy was served at Mustilli House. The wine tour was very informative.

   la struttura è molto elegante ed è stato molto rilassante. E' stata gradita,

   Non abbiamo gradito molto la cena. Il menù era di tipo turistico, ma il prezzo tutt'altro!! :)Comunque, in sostanza, è stata una bella serata, con musica dal vivo, in tema latino, in una struttura suggestiva, "Le cantine".

   I traveled to Sant Agata, back in October 2008 (off-season Italy is a poem!). Mustilli is a superb choice for getting to know the unrevealed side of Italy. . First reason is the village of Sant Agata de Goti, that is so beatiful and with a historic centre beyond any imagination. Far away from the mass tourism of other sites, you will find the distance from Napoli to the village quit boring and dull, but finally a revelation will happen for you. Sant Agata De Goti, for anyone who will dare, will finally leave you with the sense that you have spot a secret diamond in the Italian historic countryside. Second reason is the Mustilli "palace" itself At the time of reservation, i thought that we ve booked at a farmhouse, but finally it proved to be an aristocratic big house, with many rooms, a ball room plus, inside the historic center, in the tiny ails of this medieval village. You will make walks in a village full of Italians and not tourists, you will eat in taverns that Italians eat and you will sleep inside a house that is part of this historic experience. I also have to mention, that because we were doing a road trip, although we had reserved the staying for Friday to Saturday, we couldn't make it to be in Sant Agata on Friday , but after an easy telephone to the lady that owns the place - in the same Friday evening -, we changed our booking for the next day (Saturday to Sunday), although we missed the music night that they had Friday night. The breakfast was simple and fresh (boiled egs, cheese, prosouto, bread, marmelade, honey, butter, juice, coffee). 11 out of 10 for the experience and the price/quality relation. Definetely an advice to everyone traveling to the area and i want to go again!

   Zentrale Lage, romantischer Palazzo, reizendes Frühstück, sehr gute und nette Köchein,

   Zimmer -obwohl alles vorhanden war und funktionierte- etwas Rumpelkammerartig
