   The proximity to the historic center of town is very convenient. There are small shops that are close by for dining. The breakfast is a typical Italian breakfast and was hot and satisfying. The garden with the large friendly dogs was a treat for me. An intimate setting in a typical Italian neighborhood.

   We tend to stay at B & B's and based our visit on the web photos but there were no other reviews to help us. The owners were very nice and some spoke English. Breakfast and parking included.

   It was very difficult to find. It actually is NOT ON a street but a walkway.

   la struttura la ritengo ottima per chi sa muoversi nella città di cosenza. Il proprietario ha fatto anche di più di quello che non fa un hotel. grazie di tutto

   Location is good if you're interested in historic center.

   Attention is minimal. Room is comfortable and decorated ok but needs some surface repair. The garden could be very pretty but is totally unkempt and two big (not aggressive) dogs are kept there. The breakfast did not include freshly bought bread or fruit.

   The picturesque location in the center of the historical area was excellent. We will certainly stay here if we visit Cosenza again.

   Online description didn't mention the number of steps involved in getting to the room. However, our host helped us with the suitcases. Neither the street on which the B&B is located (all steps) nor the B&B itself had signs. Local shopkeepers directed us.

   The vicinity is historic and location near the National Gallery is great. It is reasonably close to the modern shopping area. The sheets were clean and the toilet worked.

   Public transportation is not easily accessible and its use difficult to understand as a tourist. The "garden" was run down, unkempt and unattractive. The studio apartment smelled very mildewed. The towels were worn. There was not one glass in order to pour a drink of water from the sink, nor one utensil stocked in the kitchen area, although there was clearly a kitchen area within the apartment. There was no trash can and the lighting was too poor to read by.
   For a bed and breakfast, the breakfast was quite inferior. It had the potential to be very wonderful and intimate because the kitchen in the main building appeared to be the same one the family of five used themselves. On the negative side, the coffee sat in a thermos on a table in the dark and dreary room (with a large box of insecticide in plain view near the fireplace). If the family members got to the thermos first, we were left with barely one full cup and insufficient milk and our host was not available to make a request for fresh coffee. Breakfast was the same each day. It consisted of one prepackaged croissant in cellophane, juice (with no glass provided other than our coffee cups) and stale crackers that stayed open in their package on the table for the full three days of our stay.
   The owner is nice and tried to be helpful, but young and inexperienced in terms of how to run a business, particularly a bed and breakfast. He has much to learn and we hope these comments will teach him. In the meanwhile, we would highly discourage anyone from using this facility.

   è difficile dire che cosa c'è stato di positivo, forse la presenza di tv in tutte le camere e la gentilezza, per quel poco che lo abbiamo visto del proprietario.

   non ho gradito la sporcizia (muffa e formiche), il basso livello della struttura, la posizione. Potrebbe essere una soluzione carina se si curasse di più l'aspetto esterno della struttura e curare la pulizia.
