   Alojamiento muy limpio, bien situado y con mucho detalle en las habitaciones. En la encuesta.. No contempláis la categoría de amigos. O parejas o familia..

   Para acceder a las habitaciones hay unos 20 peldaños. Si llevas silla de ruedas o muletas debes saberlo

   We really enjoyed staying at Orchard B&B. The owners, Valter and Francesca, were super helpful with the logistics of day trips to nearby attractions and had great recommendations for local restaurants. Our Italian is atrocious, but we were able to communicate well in English. Our room was comfortable and well appointed and the breakfasts were a cut above those of most B&Bs. A great B&B overall.

   It is a fabulous accommodation for travellers in the ciminic mountains. Located in the heart of Viterbo. Francesca and her husband have been a great host and I had a lovely breakfast. Very recommendable

   Struttura pulita ed accogliente, posizione molto favorevole per visitare la città, personale cordiale e disponibile.

   Abbiamo avuto fortuna a trovare il parcheggio non per colpa della struttura ma a causa della posizione in centro storico che è un vantaggio da una parte ed uno svantaggio dall'altra.

   una cosa in particolare non c'e' ma e' tutto ben arredato.

   La finestra della camera affacciava direttamente sulla strada ed essendo che in centro si fa tardi fino a notte in questo periodo giustamente, si sentiva molto caos e quindi per chi ha un sonno molto leggere potrebbe dar fastidio.

   It was a truly beautiful place to stay; although we arrived in a snowstorm, we were soon warm and cosy (were met with car at the station!). The location was splendid, we felt really medieval... The food was terrific -- home-made cake for breakfast, delicious. We loved the furnishings and the paintings on the walls -- most beautiful. We have recommended this b+b to other Dutch friends.

   The only slight problem was that there was only one bathroom and WC for three bedrooms. this didn't cause difficulties, but it might...
   
   I SHOULD REVISE THIS: there are TWO bathrooms, one ensuite. So that there are just two rooms sharing a large bathroom and WC. This did not pose any problems.
