   Mi ha soddisfatto l'ubicazione della struttura in quanto molto vicina alla metropolitana.

   L'unico aspetto negativo e che la casa è troppo piccola per 4 persone; in pratica tra letti e tavolo da pranzo non ci si poteva muovere.

   This was a beautiful ground-floor apartment, and the owner has gone to great lengths to prepare a home-away-from home where a tourist can feel relaxed, comfortable and safe even for a woman traveling alone. During Rome's warmest summer in 30 years, the air conditioning was a godsend and worked very efficiently. The photos do not do this residence justice, and the walls are NOT the bright pink color shown in the photo. Instead, they are a very pale creamy pink that is very easy on the eyes. Owner Franco, and his son Andrea have ensured that every possible need was met, even providing ice-cold beer in the fridge for my arrival. Questo era un bell' appartamento al piano terra, e il proprietario ha fatto di tutto per preparare una "casa lontano da casa" dove il turista può sentirsi rilassato, comodo e sicuro (anhce per una donna viaggiare da sola). Durante l'estate più calda di Roma da 30 anni, l'aria condizionata era un dono del cielo e ha funzionato in maniera molto efficiente. Le foto dell' appartamento non lo fanno giustizia, e le pareti NON sono il colore rosa brillante mostrato nella foto. Invece, sono molto pallido e solo un po' rosa. Il proprietario Franco, e il suo figlio Andrea hanno fatto sì che ogni possibile esigenza era soddisfatta, anche mettere la birra ghiacciata in frigo per il mio arrivo!

   For those of you looking for the "Italian Experience", this property is perfect but you should be aware that the Metro, though just minutes from the center of Rome, is a good ten-minute walk from the apartment (approx. 1000 metres, not 500 as a previous client stated in their review. Still, it is an easy, level walk with at least four coffee bars along the way, and using the Metro couldn't be easier (though I suggest getting off at Piazza Della Repubblica instead of the chaotic Metro stop at Stazione Termini!)
   
   Questo era un bell' appartamento al piano terra, e il proprietario ha fatto di tutto per preparare una "casa lontano da casa" dove il turista può sentirsi rilassato, comodo e sicuro. Durante l'estate più calda di Roma da 30 anni, l'aria condizionata era un dono del cielo e ha funzionato in maniera molto efficiente.    Per quelli di voi alla ricerca di "esperienza italiana", questa proprietà è perfetta, ma anche se il metro è di 10 minuti dal centro di Roma, la fermata della metro è ancora un dieci minuti a piedi dal appartamento (circa 1000 mt, non 500 mt come un altro cliente precedente ha detto nella loro revisione. Eppure, era una passegiata facile e livello, e ci sono almeno quattro bar lungo la strada dove puo fermare di prendere un cafe' o mangiare qualche cosa, e usare il Metro non potrebbe essere più facile (ma se suggerisco di scendere a Piazza della Repubblica invece della fermata fermata caotica a Stazione Termini!)

   ottima vacanza .appartamento ottimamente curato pulito e con dotazioni complete. proprietari gentili e disponibili un pò lontano. dal centro ma la metro è a circa 500 mt dall' appartamento.siamo stati veramente bene.

Consisting of a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed for 2 people perfect for the third and the fourth guest.

The bathroom has been elegantly furnished and equipped with a comfortable shower and hairdryer.

The kitchen is complete with refrigerator, oven, toaster, microwave and all the dishes can guarantee tourists a great autonomy throughout the stay.

The LCD TV 37" satellite, Hi Fi system and air conditioning create a pleasant environment.

And for the inseparable from their excellent notebook for Wi Fi internet connection.
