   La posizione, la struttura camere e bagno totalmente rinnovate, la cortesia dei proprietari.

   Per noi non e' stato un problema e abbiamo apprezzato la qualita' della ristrutturazione e l' originalita', tuttavia un bagno articolato lungo una scala con i diversi servizi in differenti gradini e senza bidè non e' ideale, in particolare in relazione al livello della camera. Anche il materasso del letto aggiuntivo puo' essere migliore.

   An unusual property with a really quirky bathroom built on a flight of marble stairs that must have been part of the main building at one time. Really lovely couple and they were very welcoming and happy to provide information about anything we asked. A really lovelly set of rooms and a very pleasant stay. The Villa d'Este is really worth seeing, quite extrodinary.

   Tivoli has become a little run down in parts and the spread of graffiti detracts from the feel of the town, the walk through from the car park isn't too pleasant and on reflection we may have stayed nearer to Rome and travelled in to see The Villa d'Este rather than stay in central Tivoli.

   The rooms were spacious and comfortable. It was very hot during our stay but we were able to leave doors and windows open and get a breeze. Monica and her husband were very helpful in their suggestions. The breakfast was very fresh and plentiful.

   I felt the bathroom built on a staircase was dangerous for the elderly and the young. You had to be very careful not to slip on the marble steep stairs. It was an attractive and novel idea but a bit tricky.

   La propriétaire est très gentille. La peinture sur les plafond, les livres mis à notre disposition sur les endroits à visiter, le petit déjeuner excellent... Tout était parfait

   The two room suite on the first floor was perfect for our family (2 adults, 2 kids, one baby). The breakfast was lovely and the staff was very friendly.

   There is not much natural light and it was a little damp - but at a hotter time of year that would have been a huge plus.

   Beautifully decorated. Charming and helpful hostess. Quiet, and we slept well. Excellent breakfast, on a very pleasant terrace.

   The 'vertical bathroom', climbing up 12 steep steps, and potentially very dangerous.

   Friendliness of staff. Excellent breakfast and comfortable bed. The people of Tivoli were generally helpful and friendly. Excellent base for visiting Villa d'Este and Villa Adriani.

   The layout of the bathroom is quirky and unique. We enjoyed the origininality of the toilet and shower on the staircase. It wouldn't be suitable if staircases were difficult for you.
