   The views were spectacular, and the room and bathroom were very nice, and I loved the large terrace. Antonio spoke English very well and was very helpful with our bags.

   We were not told we had to request breakfast the night before, and the next morning, when my husband asked at the front desk where we could get coffee, we were directed to go down the street, even though if we had requested it the night before we could have had coffee (and breakfast) in our room. The breakfast is additional charge and the minibar is VERY expensive.
   When we checked out, it was a VERY good thing I had my receipt with me! The younger lady at the desk attempted to charge us extra saying their bank had only paid them a portion of what I had put down as a deposit. We figured out later, she was attempting to recoup from us the fee that bbplanet had charged them. Because I had my receipt, we ended up paying the correct price -

   The place was immaculate and luxurious.

   A bit of a trek down the mountain, but the shuttle was very convenient.
