   A lovely large and comfortable apartment, very very well equipped and tastefully decorated. The bedroom is particularly romantic. The location is superb and just a short walk from the bus stop and town centre. The views from the windows are stunning, both out over the nearby tiled rooftops and down into the streets below and nearby piazzo. That view at sunset while church bells were ringing was absoletely magic. Good cheap wine and pizza is readily available at the pizza shop across the street. The owner was charming and helpful. What more could you ask for!

   The apartment was fantastic. It was easy to find as we were met at the bus on arrival. The walk is not far to get to the apartment. The apartment was very nicely furnished. The kitchen was easy to use with lots of pans and utensils. Washing machine and iron too (always a bonus when traveling). We stayed with my parents and children (8 and 9 years). Everyone loved the apartment. As the weather was warm we could also use the pool in the garden - this was especially good for the kids (as was the garden). This was easily the nicest, well appointed apartment we stayed in during our 5 week stay in Italy. Most highly recommended. We could live here indefinitely!!!!

   We were completely satisfied. We received much personal attention,help and advice from the owner - including fresh flowers every other day!

   The shower cabinet was a little on the small side.

   It is a very nice apartment for a family. It heald 9 of us. It is a wonderful location, and the owner were great.

Residence Palazzo Minciotti is located in a historic palazzo in the centre of Assisi, a gem just waiting to be discovered.

It offers accommodation in 4 apartments, renovated respecting the old structure of the building:

- The 65sqm apartment, on the 2nd floor, can accommodate 3/4 guests. This apartment boasts a large living area with an equipped kitchen and a cupboard. The living room also has a single sofa bed. The windows overlook the valley.

The large, well-lit bedroom with a vaulted ceiling has a double bed + a twin bed and is served by a bathroom with shower.

- The apartment on the 3rd floor (120sqm) can accommodate 6+2 guests. This apartment offers a breathtaking view: it overlooks the Cathedral of San Rufino, Santa Chiara, the Rocca Minore and the entire valley below.

The apartment features a large living room and a kitchen, two master bedrooms, a bedroom with two beds (if necessary, there are also two chair bed), served by two bathrooms one with bathtub and one with shower.

- The apartment is on the third floor (115 m2 / 1200 sq.ft.) and it can accommodate 4+2 guests. It is decorated with period furniture.

- The first-floor apartment is very large (over 350 m2 / 3700 sq.ft.), with a wide foyer. It has a dining room, living room, sitting room, tavern, 3 master bedrooms, (two with their own bathrooms) and a separate bathroom.

There is a large garden area with a little swimming pool and a lawn surrounded by plants and rosebushes.
