   Easy to find, large living area, great kitchenette, beautiful stylish rooms, friendly staff.

   Bit of a walk from major sites but very close to bus and train terminals so you can easily get transport.

   The Palazzo is beautifully furnished with antiques, oriental rugs, nice artwork, and Murano glass chandeliers, very Venetian style. It is comfortable with spacious rooms, fully equiped kitchen, comfortable bed, and big bathroom with jacuzzi tub. I especially liked the huge windows in both the living room and bedroom. The staff and family who own the palazzo were always exceptionally friendly and helpful. Good wireless internet service was another bonus, plus a convenient location close to the train station, Piazzale Roma and the San Toma vaporetta stop but in a quiet, less crowded neighborhood. There are plenty of restaurants close by and Campo Margherita is just a few steps away with fruit and fish market in the mornings, a grocery store, and several cafes.

   I was satisfied with every aspect!

   Absolutely stunning, beautiful appartment. Very romantic, right on the canal. Updated bathroom, gorgeous furniture. Great freandly staff. Already recommended it to friends and will definetely stay there on my next trip to venice.

   Everything was great from the beginning. The apartament, the personal, the location. We've been on the cruise and after it we had a night to stay in venice before the flight. Fo this night we stayed to another hotel. We asked to mr Giangreco to let the lugagge for few hours and he agrred with a big smile. PERFECT
