   Antonio und Louisa waren wundervolle und warmherzige Gastgeber, die uns nicht nur herzlich Willkomen geheißen haben, sondern auch in allen anderen Belangen auf sehr angenehme Art und Weise um unser Wohl bemüht waren. Das Anwesen ist ein idyllischer und ruhiger Ort. Die Zimmer schön eingerichtet und absolut sauber. Das Frühstück war das Beste, welches wir in Italien erhalten sollten. Selbstgemachte Marmeladen, selbstgebackenes Brot, bester Cappucino und vieles mehr. Besonders hilfreich waren auch die Tips der Gastgeber bezüglich Ausflugszielen und Restaurants in der Umgebung.

   The old rock dwellings have been beautifully redone and the setting in the midst of the countryside is perfect for biking, running and just enjoying the countryside. It is about a half hour by car to Bari and closer than that to Matera. You really do need a car, though, to enjoy the benefits of this place. The proprietors couldn't be nicer or more attentive. The closest town, Gioia del Colle, is famous for its fresh mozzarella.

Bed and Breakfast "Parco Lamione" is located in the "Parco dell'Alta Murgia", an area of pleasant hills, ilex and oak woods, ancient paths and pre-Roman settlements.

The B&B has got 3 recently renovated bedrooms. Each accommodation is provided with bathroom with shower, fridge-bar, TV, bath and bed linen.

From Bed and Breakfast "Parco Lamione" you could easily get to either the clear Adriatic sea or the long golden sandy beaches of the Ionian Sea.
